Job Position: Sales Expert (Educational Software)

Job Locations:  Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo and Rivers

Job Description

  • We are actively seeking dynamic Sales Experts to drive our expansion and champion the adoption of our student engagement and school management solutions across the states of Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Implement effective strategies to achieve deep market penetration and meet or exceed monthly targets of engaging 50 schools.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify potential school partners, demonstrating the transformative impacts of our SaaS platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector to ensure long-term partnership and client retention.
  • Presentation and Promotion: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the unique advantages of our solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Serve as the critical link between clients and the product development team, providing valuable insights that drive product enhancements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation processes with potential clients to secure profitable agreements that align with company goals.
  • Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, client feedback, and overall market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the educational sector, is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Traits:

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Must possess robust analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Salary
N150,000 per month ( 5-10% commission on performance and target achievement).

Compensation

  • Commission Structure: Earn commissions ranging from 5% to 10% based on performance and target achievement.
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for surpassing sales targets.
