Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Waitress
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and take them to their tables.
- Take orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Familiarity with the menu to explain dishes, make recommendations, and answer customer questions.
- Accurately recording customer orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff or bartender.
- Serving food, beverages, and accompaniments promptly and accurately.
- Suggesting additional items, specials, or desserts to increase sales.
- Clearing tables, resetting them, and ensuring they are clean and presentable for incoming guests.
- Presenting bills, processing payments, and returning change or receipts.
- Working closely with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
- Addressing any issues or complaints from customers promptly and professionally.
- Following health and safety standards, as well as restaurant.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 – 5 years experience.
