Job Position: Assistant Manager

Job Location: Igbogbo, Ikorodu – Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and assist the Business Manager occasionally or as directed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payment)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Ensuring product quality and availability
  • Organizing employee schedule
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Delegating tasks to employees
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
  • Research emerging products and use information to update the store
  • Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

  • BSc. / HND in Business Management or any related field
  • Proven experience as Assistant Manager or similar position
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and good communication skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with customer service principles
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary
N100,000 / month.
