Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, including customer service, sales training, and sales management.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service and sales
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Experience in sales training and sales management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in microfinance or banking is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
