Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Volunteer

Job Location: Warri, Delta

Job Description

  • As an HR Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources management.
  • This engagement is designed to provide you with exposure to all HR value chain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret HR data to support decision-making and improve organizational policies.
  • Assist in and provide support in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR records, files, and databases.
  • Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Help with drafting and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support with general administrative tasks as needed by the HR team.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a B.Sc Degree in any field, preferably Social Sciences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the HR profession
  • Candidate must have a personal laptop.

Remuneration

  • This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, a monthly stipend will be provided to help offset transportation expenses.
