Job Position: Digital Sales & Marketing Lead

Job Description

  • The Digital Sales & Marketing Lead will oversee all digital marketing and sales efforts, from developing strategy to executing campaigns and optimizing results.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at both big-picture planning and hands-on management.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams to align digital marketing initiatives with our growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a cohesive digital marketing and sales strategy across key channels including social media, paid media, SEO, and email marketing to increase lead generation and conversions.
  • Campaign Development: Manage the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and revenue goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to develop digital strategies that support their efforts and equip them with tools and content to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize content, and identify opportunities for improved ROI. Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a small team of digital specialists, fostering collaboration and ensuring continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and sales roles with measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and action.
