Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at BrandCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos.
- The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in developing HR policies and creating job descriptions
- Strong knowledge of employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
