Job Position: Retail Product Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Products:

  • Conduct deals on current products & capture more customers
  • Capture more sales opportunity by attacking customer having Loyalty program
  • To translate and update products descriptions and Promo Code
  • To activate products on the shop and make sure that they are displayed correctly
  • Perform daily product updates and translate at least one new product every week
  • Update the ‘Special Offers’ or ‘Best Deals’ page every week
  • Communicate to warehouses any special requirements in relation to offers as necessary
  • Work with other members of team to resolve content or ordering issues and communicate any customer feedback to team
  • Work with the relevant marketing segments to determine the marketing business requirements and growth programs, strategic product services and other business targets as strategy.
  • Manage and develop the Online Shop activity process to include understanding sales requirements, briefing, feedback and signing off with the Marketing team on the required media plan in a timely manner.
  • Manage and preparing new devices online launch, exclusive offers and handling end to end flash sale process.
  • Interface with Marketing team to add the Online Shop offers on the plan of Social Media to reflect the sales and device activity plans.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience and facilitate the online buying process.
  • Ensure that the device specification, photo and offer details are implemented on the website correctly and resolve any other issues or missing data before any launching.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Analyze the current KPIs of all Online sales services in terms of revenues, users, traffic and make sure that each of those is reported correctly and investigate in case of wrong estimates received within the teams.
  • Work with the Marketing Team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Perform post launch testing & analysis for the newly launched services and follow-up customer reactions on Social Media.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Analyze market & competition frequently and present reports regarding the new ideas launched by the competition in the market.
  • Executing perfectly the commercial campaigns to ensure an engaging, coherent and addictive value proposition for our customers
  • Ensuring the competitiveness of Raya Online Shop pricing by all means.
  • Design, build and maintain our Social Media presence, new online sales services concepts, business rules, cost/price and commercial model.
  • Strictly adhere to handling service level agreement.
  • Manage micro-financing partner to reach a best deal & avail this option for Orange Online Shop customer

Managing the partnership:

  • Develop a partnership with vendors to maximize Online Shop revenue and market shares.
  • Work on new activities and plans.
  • Handle the stock, price, sold items, returned items, and financial reconciliation.
