Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services while gaining valuable experience in customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and help build strong relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, English or any other related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
