Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultative sales conversations to understand clients’ HR outsourcing needs and pain points.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG or Financial services.
