Job Position: Assistant Production Manager
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Job Description
- Oversee daily production activities in garment manufacturing, ensuring that production targets are met with high quality and efficiency.
- This role involves garment construction, managing people, materials and processes to drive consistent, high-quality outputs in a way that aligns with the company’s quality standards and operational goals.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Fashion and Textile or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in in a production management role within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in pattern drafting and garment construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
- N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
