Job Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and budgeting
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
- Handle tax filings, payroll, and audits
- Monitor and maintain company accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certification is a plus)
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally in real estate
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
