Job Description

  • The Social Media Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy to enhance the online presence, engage customers, and promote thebrand of the company.
  • This role requires creativity, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’smarketing goals and brand identity.
  • Identify key social media channels and determine the best strategies to utilize each platform effectively.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including images, videos, and written posts that reflect the brand of the company.
  • Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and videographers to produce visually appealing content.
  • Manage and oversee the company’ssocial media accounts
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently, ensuring optimal engagement times.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and engagement, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Foster and grow an online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance the salon’s social media presence.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback received through social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
