Job Description
- Represent the brand by selling products to customers both online and offline.
Ensure proper website functioning and making sure products are properly described and updated on website.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms by creating and posting content to drive sales.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Meet sales goals through staff training
- Have a vast knowledge of all products available in stock
- Maintain customers data base
- Raising order invoices from system
- Updating price list via Excel sheet
- Build relationship with new and existing customers
- Keeping the store and goods clean and tidy
Job Requirements
- HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably Marketing, Business and Finance
- Computer literate
- Good in using Excel, Canva and social media
- Possess good picture-taking skills and the ability to respond to DMs promptly
- Respond to direct messages, website orders, Whatsapp and emails promptly.
Salary Range : N100,000.000
