Job Location: Orile, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Officer to manage our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and policies
- Recruit, train, and develop employees
- Manage employee relations and conflicts
- Administer benefits and compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Collaborate with management on HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Microsoft Office.
Desirable Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD or CIPM) is an added advantage
- Experience with performance management and talent development
