Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hospitality services, with a focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in corporate, events, and travel sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with potential clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly (gross).
