Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- This role is key in ensuring the company’s workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Manage payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and manage employee documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven personality.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
