Job Description

  • A Personal Assistant (PA) supports a manager, executive, or another senior professional by handling administrative tasks and managing their daily activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and meetings.
  • Managing files, databases, and contacts.
  • Assisting with personal tasks, depending on the needs of the employer.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Bsc / HND
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
