Job Description
- A Personal Assistant (PA) supports a manager, executive, or another senior professional by handling administrative tasks and managing their daily activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Handling correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and meetings.
- Managing files, databases, and contacts.
- Assisting with personal tasks, depending on the needs of the employer.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Bsc / HND
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
