Job Description
- We are currently seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base.
- As a Sales and Customer Relations Executive at TMI, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new customers for our logistics services, both locally and internationally.
- Visit offices to promote our services and generate leads.
- Make cold calls to identify potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and communication professionally.
- Manage our social media platforms to engage with customers and promote services.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain customer records using Excel.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
