Job Description
- Drive product sales, grow account volume/value, and build strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted financial advisor, addressing client needs and resolving complaints.
- Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with business units to sell, cross-sell, and upsell bank products.
- Achieve deposit, risk asset, and revenue targets.
- Package and monitor credit requests while ensuring compliance with KYC.
- Implement marketing strategies and report on activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (postgraduate/professional certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in banking sales and credit (currently in a similar role as a full-time bank staff).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and relationship management.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel with attention to detail.
KPIs:
- Growth in customer base and revenue.
