Job Position: HR / Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff
  • Employee relations: Helping to prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management
  • Training and development: Managing training and development programs
  • Performance management: Managing employee performance
  • Talent management: Managing talent and ensuring employees are delivering the most value
  • Communication: Facilitating communication between a company’s managers and employees
  • Policies: Advising executives on relevant policies for workplace conduct
  • Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
