Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is
pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through targeted
field marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies
tailored to our target markets, managing regional campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales
teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand visibility,
generate leads, and increase customer engagement across targeted regions - Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including events,
local advertising, and partnerships, to support business objectives - Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using
metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI to the CEO - Content Development: Create and adapt marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to
support marketing activities - Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
and maximum impact of marketing efforts - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify regional opportunities, customer
needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies - Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners and
customers to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth. - Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: Significant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or related
roles, with a track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation - Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop marketing plans that align with
overall business goals - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
engage and influence clients - Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
campaigns and initiatives simultaneously - Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies
to maximize ROI - Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective
use of resources - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market
conditions - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with consulting/immigration agency is a plus.
Salary: 300,000 Naira
