Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic client real estate sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and showcase properties to clients through site visits, virtual tours, and meetings.
  • Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary sales documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in real estate
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 base
  • Other Benefits: up to 5% Commission on every closed deal and other incentives when targets are exceeded.
