Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and offers to match their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND in any field.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, basic digital tools, or CRM software is a plus.
