Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and offers to match their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND in any field.
  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones, basic digital tools, or CRM software is a plus.
