Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to provide full-circle recruitment and manage clients’ requests for employees.
  • Also, ensure excellent service delivery,
  • The HR Officer will oversee all HR functions and administration REMOTELY.
  • If you’re passionate and highly efficient, we would like to meet you.
  • We expect you to have good knowledge of HR processes and administration. You will be required to show commitment and have an impressive character and must be approachable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of recruitment by preparing job descriptions. posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Manage client’s requests for employees at all levels
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Provide advisory and create policies for clients’ requests.
  • Assist in performance management internally and externally
  • Develop training and development programs

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration or any related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Officer with good knowledge of HR Functions.
  • Skilled in salary negotiation
  • Skilled in Training.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly committed and results-driven
  • Good time management skills and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
