Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to provide full-circle recruitment and manage clients’ requests for employees.
- Also, ensure excellent service delivery,
- The HR Officer will oversee all HR functions and administration REMOTELY.
- If you’re passionate and highly efficient, we would like to meet you.
- We expect you to have good knowledge of HR processes and administration. You will be required to show commitment and have an impressive character and must be approachable.
Job Responsibilities
- Be in charge of recruitment by preparing job descriptions. posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Manage client’s requests for employees at all levels
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Provide advisory and create policies for clients’ requests.
- Assist in performance management internally and externally
- Develop training and development programs
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration or any related field
- 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Officer with good knowledge of HR Functions.
- Skilled in salary negotiation
- Skilled in Training.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly committed and results-driven
- Good time management skills and organizational skills.
- Focused and innovative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and Reliability
- Problem Solving and strong ability to multitask.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
