Job Position: Admin / Operations Officer
Job Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office operations, including schedules, supplies, and records.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure timely reporting on findings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and organize real estate documentation, including contracts, leases, and property files.
- Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and schedules for the real estate team.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure efficient communication between clients and staff.
- Maintain and update property listings and databases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Officer in the real estate industry is compulsory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, documentation, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
