Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their team at her head office in Ikoyi.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to their corporate office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Foster positive employee relations through open communication and engagement.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Membership of a professional organization such as CIPM or its equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
