Job Responsibilities
As a Chef your job description includes;
- Planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
- Assist in Creating Recipe and designing food menus.
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meets the hotel’s standards.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
The job requirements for a Chef includes;
- Minimum of HND certificate.
- 5years experience as a Chef in a hotel or related fields..
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
