Job Position: HR Analyst
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Description
- We’re seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team! As a key member of our HR department, you’ll be responsible for co-managing our HR outsourcing services, ensuring compliance, providing exceptional support to our employees, and driving performance management and training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outsourcing, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with HR systems and software (e.g., SeamlessHR, NotchHR, Bento)
- Experience with performance management and training programs
Nice to Have:
- Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM, PHR)
- Experience in the material handling equipment industry
- Knowledge of outsourcing management best practices
