Job Description

  • As a Product Manager at OnfleekQ, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring seamless execution from ideation through launch.
  • You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining clear product requirements, and delivering high-impact features that drive growth and user satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize product features and define a clear product roadmap, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering user feedback, defining product features, and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features as needed.

Metrics & Analysis:

  • Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for product improvements and enhancements.
  • Report on product performance to key stakeholders and executive leadership.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Advocate for the user by understanding pain points, defining user personas, and conducting usability tests.
  • Continuously iterate on product features based on customer insights to improve satisfaction and engagement.

Job Requirements
Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech-driven environment (e.g., SaaS, mobile apps, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Proven track record of launching successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with [specific tools or technologies relevant to the role, e.g., Jira, Confluence, A/B testing tools, etc.].
  • Background in Product Management [specific industry, e.g., fintech, e-commerce, etc.].
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
