Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our platform.
  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that resonate with our diverse user base.

Job Responsibilities

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Visual Assets Creation: Create high-quality illustrations, icons, images, and micro animations to enhance the user experience.
  • Prototype Development: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide for the platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the user in all aspects of design, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the platform’s UI/UX.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in the edtech or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Figma: Expert knowledge ofFigmafor designing and prototyping.
  • Illustration Skills: Strong ability to create custom illustrations, icons, and graphics.
  • Animation Skills: Experience in creating micro animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including web and mobile applications.
  • User Research Skills: Proficient in conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in education, language learning, and cultural empowerment.
