Job Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone and social media channels.
  • identify and escalate recurring issues or customer pain points, working with internal teams to implement long-term solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding platform usability, service quality, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
