Job Description

  • We are seeking a PPC/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team and drive performance marketing strategies for Wakanow.
  • This role is pivotal in scaling our online presence, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms to achieve campaign objectives such as ROAS, lead generation, and traffic growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on KPIs and overall campaign performance for management review.
  • Develop strategies to reduce CPC, increase CTR, and improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize landing pages in collaboration with the design and web development teams to boost campaign results.
  • Utilize tools like Adjust and Mixpanel to measure and enhance the impact of PPC campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor customer behavior and marketing attribution for precise data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage industry trends and competitor analysis to tailor campaigns specific to the travel industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with broader brand goals and seasonal promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics for campaign reporting and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing large-scale PPC budgets with a focus on ROI and growth.
  • Experience with Adjust and Mixpanel tools.
  • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page best practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
