Job Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, offer coaching, and provide training to ensure team members’professional growth.
  • Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring the team remains focused and driven to meet objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, investors, and key stakeholders in the real estate market.
  • Oversee client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, tracking and reporting on sales performance, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights to senior management on market conditions and sales trends, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor the progress of sales team targets and provide regular performance reports.
  • Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to expand the company’s presence in targeted markets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms for both the company and clients.
  • Represent Gtext Holdings at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to improve property promotions

  • Manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and support to be successful in their roles.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performance sales teams.
  • Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.

Salary
N500,000 – N1,000,000 / month.
