Job Description
- We are looking for a Customer Representative to ensure excellent service delivery, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist in resolving issues promptly.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer service procedures.
- Friendly and patient demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
