Job Descriptions

  1. Our client seeks a visionary VP, Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide strategies around leadership development, succession planning, performance management, DEI, and workforce planning.

This executive role partners with senior leadership to shape a high-performing and future-ready organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Oversee leadership development and succession planning.
  3. Drive performance management frameworks and employee engagement.
  4. Integrate DEI into all talent initiatives.
  5. Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
  6. Manage change initiatives and support organisational agility.
  7. Analyse talent metrics to guide decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 15+ years in HR/talent roles, 5+ in executive leadership.
  3. Proven success in talent strategy, leadership dev, and change management.
  4. Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills.
