The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one—and two-bedroom luxury suites.

Job Position: Experienced Cook / Chef

Location: Ojodu – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Setting up, cleaning, and organising work stations.
  2. Preparing ingredients for the shift: washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
  3. Preparing the oven, utensils, and grill for the shift.
  4. Taking orders from wait staff or a computerised system.
  5. Cooking order according to food health and safety standards.
  6. Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.
  7. Handling multiple food orders at one time.
  8. Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive.
  9. Dressing order for presentation.
  10. Ensuring each guest’s order has the correct food and sides.
  11. Delivering food orders to the wait staff promptly.
  12. Storing all food properly.
  13. Sanitising and cleaning work stations and utensils.
  14. Reordering stock and food supplies.
  15. Monitoring other cooks and team members.
  16. Assisting other chefs/cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / HND / B.Sc qualification with 2 years of experience.
  2. Candidates should reside within Ojodu, Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, and Iyana Ipaja axes.

Salary
N60,000 – N120,000 Monthly
