Eko Maintenance Limited is a company specialising in maintenance services for the construction and real estate industries, with a focus on infrastructure and intelligent buildings.
Job Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Meet the hiring manager for job openings at their site
- Post job roles on the job board
- Source for qualified candidates
- Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
- Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow up with the hiring manager
- Create a recruitment report rn- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlisted. Send offer letters out after final approval
- Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
- Open a new file for a new employee
- Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes, and checklists are signed and approved
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of working experience as a recruiter
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in Technical recruitment
- Proximity to work is an added advantage.
Salary Package
N120,000- N150,000 with HMO and Pension
