Job Overview

  1. Are you a highly organised, results-driven professional with a passion for real estate and project execution?
  2. Roxbury Leisure Homes is looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our residential and commercial real estate projects.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
  2. Liaise with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure delivery within scope.
  4. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress to management.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
  6. Manage and lead project teams effectively to achieve optimal results.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in real estate project management or construction.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  4. Proficient in project management tools and software.
  5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
