Job Position: Administrative / Human Resources Manager
Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with labour laws.
  2. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees and event staff.
  3. Manage employee performance reviews, training, and development.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  5. Handle conflict resolution, staff grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Administration:

  1. Maintain company records, filing systems, and correspondence.
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative duties.
  3. Assist in budgeting, payroll coordination, and expense tracking.
  4. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  5. Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

Event Support:

  1. Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff for events.
  2. Maintain a database of reliable freelancers and event support staff.
  3. Support the logistics team with staff documentation and clearance for events.
  4. Monitor staff performance and attendance during events.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably within the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
