Job Position: Head, Enterprise Business Development

Job Descriptions
- Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers and proactive relationship management Engagement.
- Daily sales monitoring and reporting, Track percentage conversion ratio, Monitor proactive sales leads, Monitor specified sales and cross-sell target.
- Dormant accounts reactivation.
- Cross-selling the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
- Handling of customer complaints, improving customer experience and growing the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
Job Qualifications
Experience
- First degree in any relevant discipline
- ACCA or ACA, or a master’s, would be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years’ experience is required in frontline banking, Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker, with products and services.
- Experience with handling and organising large data.
- Proficiency in Excel. Understanding of banking products and services,
