Job Descriptions
- The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
- This role includes identifying leads, managing client relationships, conducting property tours and negotiating sales deals.
- The ideal candidate will be goal driven, have excellent communication skill, and possess a passion for real estate.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
- Identify emerging markets and suggest investment opportunities to clients.
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms, including the company’s website and social media.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
- Organise open houses and other promotional events to showcase properties.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales agents.
- Lead by example in achieving sales targets and maintaining ethical practices.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing key performance metrics and progress toward targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback on market demands and client preferences to improve product offerings.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in handling high-value property transactions and client negotiations.
- Strong ability to close deals and handle price negotiations.
