Job Position: Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the team or department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  2. Set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team, aligning them with company priorities.
  3. Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations and staying within financial constraints.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and resolve any issues.
  7. Analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  8. Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
  2. Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
