Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues professionally.
  3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired for all roles.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
  6. Nurture a positive working environment and a strong corporate culture.
  7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program in coordination with finance and management.
  8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  10. Keep management informed with accurate HR metrics, reports, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or FMCG sectors.
  3. Solid understanding of labour law and HR best practices in Nigeria.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  7. Must reside within or around Iyana-Ipaja, Alimosho axis or be willing to relocate.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly
