Job Position: Technical Support Intern – NYSC
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Summary

  1. We are seeking a Technical Support Intern (NYSC) to join our project implementation team.
  2. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solar energy installation, maintenance, and operational support across real-life projects.
  3. This role also provides the opportunity to be retained with the company after the service scheme.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist technical engineers in the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
  2. Support routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
  3. Participate in site inspections, assessments, and reporting
  4. Help maintain the inventory of tools and technical equipment
  5. Document work processes, service reports, and client feedback
  6. Learn and follow industry safety standards and procedures on project sites.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
  2. Must be a current NYSC corps member in active service
  3. Interest or basic knowledge in solar energy systems and components
  4. Willingness to learn and work in field environments
  5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
