Job Position: Aesthetics Clinic Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate does not need prior aesthetic experience but should possess strong management skills, a passion for excellent customer service, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless clinic operations, high client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise clinic staff, including receptionists, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure staff are well-trained and provide exceptional service.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee the smooth running of the clinic on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Customer Service:
- Foster a client-focused environment by ensuring all clients receive outstanding service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Communication:
- Regularly report to management on clinic performance, client feedback, operational issues, and staffing needs.
- Highlight areas requiring urgent attention or improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and staff performance.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Training & Development:
- Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and motivation.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure the clinic adheres to all regulatory standards, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or industry standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse reports, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Initiative-driven with a positive attitude.
