Job Position: Retail & Social Media Sales Associate
Location: Client’s Walk-in Store in Surulere, Lagos
Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Retail & Social Media Sales Associate to serve as the face of our ladies’ fashion accessories brand both online and offline.
- The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions in-store, drive online sales through engaging social media content, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and digital marketing.
Job Responsibilities
In-Store Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and display digital catalogues of available stock from the head office.
- Facilitate order placement and coordinate with the head office for delivery.
Social Media Sales & Management:
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process via social media platforms.
- Content Creation & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and post engaging photo and video content showcasing products.
- Create content strategies that help boost visibility, engagement, and conversions on social platforms.
Inventory & Sales Records:
- Maintain accurate records of available stock, sold items, and daily sales.
- Update inventory logs regularly and report discrepancies or issues to the head office.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation tools.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Sales or retail experience is an added advantage.
- Must be trustworthy, presentable, and customer-friendly.
