Job Position: Sales / Marketing Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for residential, commercial, or rental properties.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns for property launches, open houses, and digital promotions.
- Oversee branding, PR, digital marketing (social media, SEO, email campaigns), and offline marketing efforts (events, signage, print ads).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and other vendors.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and ROI analyses.
- Set KPIs for the team and evaluate performance against set goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in sales achievement and team management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
