The company is NAFDAC-approved and partners with Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health to support local drug production. Its product portfolio includes vitamins, antibiotics, and over-the-counter supplements.

Job Position: Machine Supervisor / Operator
Location: Makun, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

The Machine Supervisor/Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven manufacturing processes. This role involves supervising machine operators, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Machine Operation & Supervision: Operate production machines and supervise operators to ensure smooth workflow and optimal machine performance.
  2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve mechanical issues; coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  3. Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality during production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  4. Team Coordination: Manage and train machine operators, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
  5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production logs, downtime records, and report machine performance and incidents to management.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 1 – 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
