Job Position: Lifeguard / Gym Instructor
Location: Benin, Edo
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool and gym equipment.
- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to guests’ needs.
- Enforce facility rules and safety protocols in the pool and gym.
- Assist guests with exercise techniques and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of pool water quality and gym equipment usage.
- Conduct swimming lessons or fitness classes as required.
- Report incidents or maintenance needs to management.
- Promote wellness programs to boost guest engagement.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Recreation Manager, Operations Manager or relevant Authorities.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of work experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
